Faiza is spearheading the expansion of IDEA to the commercial sector as well as establishing an international presence for IDEA.
“Faiza is a perfect fit to lead IDEA as it reestablishes itself as a leader regarding quality in the electronic component supply chain,” stated Jason Jowers, President of the IDEA Board of Trustees. “Faiza’s fourteen years of experience in the industry allow her to understand the importance of quality and the key role independent distributors play in the supply chain. IDEA’s role in enhancing quality is well-known – through its creation of IDEA-STD-1010, its IDEA-ICE-3000 inspector certification program, its presentations at conferences, and its participation on standard-writing committees. Through Faiza’s leadership, IDEA will build upon that well-earned reputation and help to further improve the quality within the supply chain.”
